Uterine fibroids - benign tumor that develops from the muscular layer of the uterus (myometrium). Typically, the symptoms of uterine fibroids occur as a result of hormonal disorders and post-abortion. The disease occurs in 28% of women who often suffer from a woman aged 30 years.
